To do this, we need like minded, passionate people to carry out the good work we have started. Whether you are working in the education field or not, but you simply want to help transform the lives of young people, becoming accredited could not be easier.

We want to hear from you if you:

Share a passion for helping young people to make good decisions for their future

Enjoy discussing and imparting knowledge about the future and its impact on young people

Want to use a proven tool with the credibility and usability of The GC Index®, which is used in the corporate world

Feel that it is important to make links between what happens in schools, colleges and universities, and what future businesses want from the next generation.

Would like a proven pathway for accessing schools, colleges and universities with regard to expanding your consultancy business.

Plan to develop your business through earning residual income from referring YP Partners (schools, colleges, universities and/or sports teams).

How to become accredited

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

Session 1 Overview - The GC & YPI® Index® Accreditation

Location: London or virtually attend (full day)

You will complete The GC Index® on-line questionnaire before the session. The session itself will be with other prospective GCologists, mostly in person but some via weblinks. You will learn about the origins and technical foundations of The GC Index® as well as learning how to analyse a GC Index® report, using your own report. Dr. John Mervin-Smith; resident psychologist and co- founder of The GC Index®, will conduct the session and can answer any questions you may have.

The final 2 hours will focus on The Young People Index® and its application with young people.

Session 2 Overview - The GC & YPI® Accreditation

Location: Virtual coaching feedback (half day)

Following Session 1 you will be given links and advice on how to conduct a feedback session with a client. You will then send three free questionnaires to family, friends or work colleagues. When the reports come back, you will complete three feedback sessions, giving you practice in using The GC Index. You will then meet with Dr John and other candidates where you will discuss the feedback you’ve given, to ensure that you have a clear understanding of how to feedback to your clients. Support and advice are given as necessary to build your confidence in delivering a high standard of feedback to your clients/students.

Please note: If you have already been accredited by The GC index, the YPI® Accreditation add on is £175 + VAT. These sessions are 2 hours long and held virtually each month. The facilitators are Helen Rivero, Director of The Young People Index® & Andrew Roberts Wray - Education Consultant to YPI®.
